The Commack, New York law firm, Rudolph F.X. Migliore, P.C., traces its history to Migliore & Infranco, P.C., formed in June of 1980 as general practice, serving individuals, businesses, community groups, non-profit organizations, churches and ministries. In 2010, the firm changed its name to Rudolph F.X. Migliore, P.C.

Attorney Rudolph Migliore began his legal career with a simple philosophy: Provide quality professional and personalized legal service for clients throughout the Long Island, Suffolk County and Nassau County region.

Practice Background

In the late 1970's a number of Pentecostal churches, more commonly known as “born-again Christians,” began to emerge and required legal assistance. Over the years, our law firm has helped establish hundreds of churches and ministries throughout New York and assist them with incorporation, property purchases and meeting various other legal needs. Rudy continues to work with churches and ministries to this day.

In the spring of 1998, the firm began focusing on asbestos, mesothelioma and lung cancer-related cases. By September of 1998, the firm had conducted its first screening of retired firefighters exposed to asbestos. Out of 210 men who screened, 71 tested positive for asbestosis and went on to file proceedings accordingly. Our firm continues to accept asbestos, mesothelioma and lung cancer cases.

Rudolph Migliore first started handling criminal cases in 1977. He appreciated the impact he could have on young people and fought vigorously to protect their freedom and from the potential consequences of a criminal record. With over 32 years dealing with criminal cases, Rudy has handled nearly every type of criminal offense possible.
