History
Rudy is a well-known lawyer, and has 30 years of experience in the Commack area. He is a life-long New York resident and has resided in Suffolk County since 1963. He has served in the U.S. Army National Guard and graduated from Dowling College in 1970. He then moved on to the Delaware Law School of Widener College and graduated in 1975.
Practice
Rudy is the head of an association of 9 other law firms that handle a wide variety of claims. He is the founding partner of Migliore & Infranco P.C., a general practice that has widely evolved over the years. They carry a $1,000,000.00 in malpractice coverage, and has a general liability policy for the suite. The suite hours are 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
Community Involvement
Rudy has incorporated hundreds of not-for-profit corporations, youth organizations, veterans groups, and NYC retired firefighters organizations. He serves as general counsel for Long Island Youth Mentoring, Youth with a mission, Veterans and Seniors Emergency Transportation, Long Island Association of Retired Firefighters, and the United Retired Firefighters Association. He is a board member of the Long Island 9/11 memorial, Inc. and to Jabez, Inc. He was an Associate Trustee at Dowling College from 1985 to 1990, when he was asked to serve on the President's council.
